Casters is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with content creators ("Influencers") for marketing campaigns. We provide tools and services to facilitate these partnerships.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

5. Influencer Responsibilities

As an Influencer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate follower counts and engagement metrics
  • Complete accepted campaigns according to agreed terms
  • Disclose sponsored content as required by applicable laws
  • Not engage in fake engagement or follower manipulation
  • Maintain professional communication with brands

6. Brand Responsibilities

As a Brand, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate campaign details and expectations
  • Honor agreed compensation terms
  • Provide necessary materials and information to Influencers
  • Respect Influencers' creative freedom within campaign guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Casters or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant Casters a license to use such content for platform operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Casters provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by Finnish law and resolved in the courts of Finland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
